What Can Be Customized?
We can personalize most of our products with your logo, event name, or a custom design. Simply fill out the Custom Order Request Form below to get started.
Please note: We do not make custom bags.
Order Minimums (per design)
- Stitch Markers: 10 sets or 50 individual markers
- Needle Minders: 10 pieces
- Knitting, Crochet, or Embroidery Tools (e.g. needle gauges): 10 pieces
Pricing
Custom orders are priced at our standard retail rate plus an additional fee for customization and design time. This fee depends on the complexity of the design. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide a quote before starting your order.
How It Works
- Submit the Custom Order Request Form with your details and design idea.
- We Review Your Request and email you a quote, along with design mockups if needed.
- Approve & Pay — once you approve the design and pricing, we’ll send an invoice.
- Production Begins — we’ll confirm your estimated delivery date.
- Receive Your Custom Order and enjoy your one-of-a-kind creations!
Lead Times
Most custom orders take 2–4 weeks after design approval. Large or complex orders may require additional time, which we’ll confirm during the quoting process.
Tips for a Smooth Order
- Include your requested delivery date in the form.
- Provide clear design files (high-resolution PNG, JPG, or vector files in black & white work best).
- Be as specific as possible about colors, sizes, and quantities.
